📋 Description

• Publicar y gestionar ofertas de empleo en diferentes portales y fuentes de reclutamiento. • Realizar cribado curricular y entrevistas telefónicas para identificar talento. • Conducir dinámicas grupales online a través de Zoom. • Gestionar candidatos mediante herramientas ATS y plataformas de selección. • Presentar candidaturas y realizar seguimiento de procesos junto al equipo de selección. • Emitir ofertas laborales y gestionar la documentación asociada a la incorporación. • Actualizar, mantener y depurar bases de datos de candidatos, realizando seguimiento de disponibilidad y activación de talento. • Proporcionar soporte administrativo vinculado a los procesos de selección. • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar la experiencia del candidato y la eficiencia de los procesos.

🎯 Requirements

• Formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE, RRHH o similar. • Bachelor’s degree (or higher). • Valorable experiencia en selección de personal o prácticas en Recursos Humanos. • Persona dinámica, organizada y con buenas habilidades comunicativas. • Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en reclutamiento y gestión del talento. • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a objetivos. • Valorable disponer de vehículo propio. • Manejo de herramientas ATS y plataformas de selección. • Conocimientos de Zoom para dinámicas grupales online. • Spanish (at least one required).
