📋 Description

• Design and deliver customer engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure services • Define digital transformation strategies and lead technical architecture design • Ensure seamless integration across systems • Conduct envisioning discovery workshops and architecture design workshops • Make technology choices aligned with architectural requirements • Prepare and define architecture designs • Guide business transformation and business-value approaches • Provide proactive support during program and project delivery • Anticipate issues and work alongside delivery teams • Understand customers’ operational landscapes and use them for architecture validation • Track evolving business technology trends and shape long-term strategic roadmaps • Optimize business processes for efficient technology deployment • Undertake business process design and documentation • Facilitate agile, innovative projects alongside the main program • Develop and update internal tools and best practices for the Project team

🎯 Requirements

• Legal working rights in the country of residence within the EMEA region; sponsorship and relocation are only available within the Netherlands • Fluent English, spoken and written • Other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus • Strong analytical skills • Good communication skills and creative problem-solving ability • Customer-oriented, able to take responsibility and work independently • Ability to work as part of an international, multicultural team • Willingness to work and travel for international projects worldwide • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education • At least 8 years of CRM experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier Dynamics CRM versions • Experience as an architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations, preferably including intercontinental rollouts • Business Requirement Analysis and Architecture Design • Strong understanding of modern technology concepts • Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft D365 ecosystem and suite of solutions • Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology platform • Preferred pre-sales experience • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
