📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting • Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable finance solutions • Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users • Configure and customize finance modules for client-specific requirements • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration • Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design • Develop strategies, implement solutions, and manage cloud solutions for digital transformation customers

🎯 Requirements

• Legal working rights in the country of residence within the EMEA region • Sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands • At least 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules • Proven track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations • Solid understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive initiatives with a high level of accountability • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural, remote-first team environment across time zones and cultures • Goal-oriented and proactive approach with focus on measurable outcomes in financial transformation projects • Fluency in English, spoken and written • Prior experience in a finance role is a strong advantage • Experience in pre-sales, workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is nice to have • Other European languages are a plus
