📋 Description

• Lead Project Consulting initiatives customer projects • Accountable for meeting annual billable target communicated by line manager • Proactive, diligent, and accurate reporting both customer-facing and internal • Expertise in Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR and Payroll • Serve as primary point of contact for both customers and HSP partners • Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills, relationship management, and project and program management capabilities • Contribute to departmental processes and deliverables • Support related tasks requiring expertise and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field • 5+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management • Proven experience leading and managing teams • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Industry experience in Payroll is a requirement. Knowledge of Accounting, EOR and/or Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion is a plus. • Knowledge of ADP Solutions, their methodologies, and applications are essential for this role. Knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendors platforms are a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
