• Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience preferred • Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day) • Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn • Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.) • Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail • Tech-savvy and adaptable — thrives in evolving, growth-focused environments.
