📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and executing the reselling business with Deutsche Telekom in the B2B environment • Plan and execute joint sales activities with Deutsche Telekom (e.g., customer visits, workshops, events) • Identify and develop concrete business opportunities with end customers (B2B) • Actively support the sales process – from opportunity to closing • Build “Lighthouse Projects” to establish successful references • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders • Establish a stable and trustworthy day-to-day working model • Systematically build and manage the sales pipeline in the sell-through business • Ensure transparency (forecasting, reporting, funnel quality) • Actively manage opportunities including next steps, owners and closing strategy • Work closely with Huawei Regional Sales (South & Southwest) • Support teams with integrating Deutsche Telekom into ongoing opportunities • Conduct enablement activities (e.g., joint workshops, use cases, pitch support) • Develop concrete B2B use cases together with Deutsche Telekom

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT or Telecommunications • Several years of experience in B2B sales, partner business or business development • Experience working with large organizations (ideally Deutsche Telekom or similar) • Strong sales and execution mentality ("hunter" profile) • Ability to actively drive opportunities and close deals • Excellent communication and networking skills • Structured approach to pipeline and opportunity management • High initiative, ownership and results orientation • Fluent in German and English
