📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects built on the HubSpot CMS • Build comprehensive project plans and allocate resources with Resource Managers • Manage project budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing • Maintain project documentation, including Risk Logs, Change Logs, and Progress Reports • Monitor deliverables proactively to keep projects on scope and contract • Lead client and internal meetings • Manage deadlines and resolve technical or operational roadblocks • Mitigate project risks • Maintain clear progress reporting and ensure timely communications • Drive continuous improvement • Support the US region and client base during specified SAST working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field • Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment • Experience handling digital marketing and web projects • Formal training or proficiency in project management methodologies • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Teamleader, or TeamGantt • Experience with Google Workspace • Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence • Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Comfortable working Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm–8:00pm SAST, and Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm SAST • Current residency and legal right to work in South Africa
