🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Dutch • Experience with customer service and contract management • Negotiation or sales experience • Prior account management and/or customer retention experience • Problem-solving skills • Healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills • Clear communication skills • Prioritization and organizational skills
