📋 Description

• Design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership. • Improve customer lifecycle automation and optimize lead routing, sales pipelines, and customer communication. • Leverage AI to improve workflow design, automation planning, documentation, QA, and customer journey mapping. • Partner across functions to deliver intelligent systems that enhance customer journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience. • Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations. • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation. • Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing. • Strong troubleshooting capability. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding organizational skills. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Experience using AI for various tasks will be highly regarded.
