📋 Description

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for retail pharmacy services • Drives financial performance, growth initiatives, clinical campaigns, regulatory compliance, and technology implementation • Leads enterprise pharmacy growth initiatives and oversees implementation of innovative pharmacy technologies • Ensures efficient prescription dispensing and inventory management • Accountable for the full Retail Pharmacy P&L and evaluates business cases for new market opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree, PharmD, or B.S. of Pharmacy • 8 or more years of technical experience • 5 or more years of management experience • Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state if PharmD or PharmBS • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
