• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technology solutions. • Influence and support system design to ensure alignment with business needs and optimal supportability. • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Service Fund teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead and coordinate implementation activities, including testing, operational readiness, and handoff to production support. • Apply strong accounting and financial understanding to project work. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders. • Provide project leadership and guidance to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 4+ years experience with Healthcare Enrollment, Claims, Service Fund • Minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience • Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including setup, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation • Proficiency in IT business analysis, including development of artifacts, architecture, and design documentation • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide consultation within complex environments • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Service Fund, IT, and Finance teams • Solid knowledge and/or experience in accounting and finance • Advanced proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages • Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid • Experience in data architecture and solution architecture • Experience with project work, requirement design, and testing • Experience with both production support and project-based work • Significant experience collaborating with IT teams
