• Are you passionate about recruitment and human resources? • Looking for a chance to get real experience through a remote internship? • About the Internship: Internship tailored for Bachelor’s and Master’s level students to build skills in Recruitment and Human Resources. • Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting candidates; Supporting recruitment process; Qualifying and conducting interviews; Managing interview process; Building and maintaining client relationships; Enhancing training and development content; Creating social media content and job advertisements; Developing creative strategies to grow online presence.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English. • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop. • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently. • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
