📋 Description

• Lead the complete journey of EMEA clients • Manage initial setup, platform configuration, and training • Drive user engagement and monitor platform adoption metrics • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Define, document, and iterate EMEA Onboarding and CS processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English & Portuguese • Proven experience managing EMEA B2B SaaS clients • Experience handling Enterprise accounts is highly valued. • Confident, proactive, and able to challenge clients • Process-oriented with a builder mentality • Adaptable for complex and smaller accounts.
