📋 Description

• Gestionar y dar seguimiento a leads inbound provenientes de marketing • Calificar oportunidades mediante llamadas para entender contexto, necesidades y potencial del cliente • Agendar reuniones calificadas con el equipo de ventas • Registrar y actualizar información de los leads en el CRM de manera ordenada y consistente • Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de ventas y marketing para mejorar la calidad y conversión de los leads inbound

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente • Experiencia previa en roles comerciales o de atención a leads inbound (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y organización • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples leads de forma eficiente • Experiencia en empresas SaaS (deseable, especialmente en HR Tech) • Inglés intermedio/avanzado
