📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of SAP CDS views and data models to support SAC reporting and analytics requirements. • Collaborate with SAC architects, business analysts, data stewards, and technical teams to translate business needs into efficient CDS-based data models. • Optimize CDS views for performance, scalability, and usability in SAC dashboards, stories, and reports. • Support data integration activities and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and availability across SAP systems used for SAC initiatives. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and other team members involved in data modeling and reporting activities. • Perform code reviews, apply best practices, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related, performance, and reporting issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Document development activities, maintain version control, and ensure alignment with internal governance and quality standards. • Stay up to date with SAP technologies, CDS enhancements, and SAC capabilities to continuously improve data management and reporting solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP development with a focus on CDS views and data modeling in SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience optimizing CDS views for analytical performance and complex business use cases. • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or other SAP BI tools is a plus. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Relevant SAP certifications in ABAP or SAC are desirable. • Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud architecture and data consumption patterns. • Proficiency in ABAP programming and CDS development tools, including annotations, associations, and extensions. • Knowledge of data management principles, data governance, and ETL processes. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders. • Cross-functional collaboration. • Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. • Technical leadership and mentoring ability. • Continuous learning mindset.
