📋 Description

• Play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple country instances of the platform • Work closely with development teams to detect bugs early in the software development lifecycle • Implement and continuously extend automated test coverage for a wide range of testing scenarios • Collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure quality goals are consistently achieved • Propose and drive process improvements as part of the company's continuous improvement strategy • Master the tools and components needed for your tasks • Follow established development best practices • Produce documentation and guidelines that support a 'quality as everyone's responsibility' culture

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with automated testing • Knowledge of at least one software development language • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar testing technologies • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing • Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar • Ability to take initiative and be proactive on a daily basis • Genuine passion for software quality and testing automation • Curiosity about new technologies and tools, with willingness to take on new challenges • Active participation in decision-making, with a genuine interest in the insurtech/fintech space • English: B2+ (Upper Intermediate minimum), required for daily international team communication • Availability to work Portugal timezone regardless of physical location
