📋 Description

• Responsible for driving spray foam sales to contractors and distributors • Develop annual business plans that outline the activities needed to exceed quota • Meet regularly with clients to deliver the HBS value proposition and gain specifications • Conduct intelligent, persuasive business conversations with decision-makers • Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in outside sales within construction or building materials; spray foam or insulation experience strongly preferred • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
