📋 Description

• Build and refine internal dashboards and apps using Claude Code and Airtable interfaces • Set up and maintain Claude and Airtable automations supporting day-to-day workflows and processes • Handle builder document requests, including SWMS, SDS, insurance certificates, and similar compliance documents • Complete and send routine forms and standard paperwork • Schedule jobs daily and coordinate with site teams • Maintain and improve the Airtable base through data entry, error correction, and building tables, forms, and interfaces • Monitor automations and flag or fix issues before they affect the team • Create and update SOPs as workflows are built and improved • Provide estimating support, including quote takeoffs, for larger or time-sensitive projects when required • Provide general administrative support as directed by the Senior Admin • Work closely with the Senior Admin/Estimator, who provides training, guidance, and oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Strong experience with either AI/automation workflows, particularly using Claude Code, or Airtable • Ability to quickly learn the other platform • Genuine interest in building tools, dashboards, and automations • Excellent written English • Confident, professional email communication • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact the team or workflows • Ability to work independently and take ownership while working remotely • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and skills • Existing ongoing roles or client work must be disclosed • Engagement must be reflected on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor” • Nice-to-have: 2+ years admin experience in construction or trades • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Australian construction paperwork, compliance documents, and terminology • Nice-to-have: Experience with Airtable tables, forms, interfaces, and automations • Nice-to-have: Experience building dashboards, interfaces, or lightweight internal tools/apps • Nice-to-have: Experience documenting processes (SOPs) • Nice-to-have: Experience with Buildxact or similar construction/business software
