📋 Description

• Prepare strategic advice briefs before client meetings • Review client information, previous advice documents, and CRM records • Develop financial strategy recommendations with the adviser • Prepare detailed paraplanning briefs for external paraplanners • Draft simple Records of Advice (ROAs) where appropriate • Review Statements of Advice (SOAs) and ROAs for quality, accuracy, and compliance • Monitor advice documents from preparation through implementation • Review implementation paperwork before submission • Update and maintain client records in Xplan • Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, product providers, and clients as required • Support continuous process improvements, including AI tools and automation • Mentor junior team members as the business grows • Support an Australian financial planning practice specialising in retirement planning, wealth management, and superannuation advice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Australian financial planning environment as an Adviser Associate, Senior Paraplanner, or similar role • Strong knowledge of Australian financial planning, including superannuation, retirement planning, investments, Centrelink, and insurance • Experience using Xplan • Ability to prepare strategy recommendations and review advice documents • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within Australian financial advice • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Candidates must be based in the Philippines • RG146 or Diploma of Financial Planning qualification is a nice-to-have, not required • Experience using XTools, WealthSolver, Intelliflo, or ProductREX is a nice-to-have • Leadership or mentoring experience is a nice-to-have • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or financial planning technology is a nice-to-have • Successful candidates must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Successful candidates must reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile as “Independent Contractor”
