📋 Description

• Drive the business’ advancement in the analytics environment while supporting senior business and operations stakeholders • Own Alteryx workflows and Tableau reporting end to end • Manage analytics and visualisation systems and associated hardware requirements • Build, maintain, and improve Alteryx workflows • Eliminate remaining manual steps and move reporting from approximately 90% automated to fully automated • Develop customer-facing and internal operational reporting platforms in Tableau • Take responsibility for data storage and data lake development • Lead automation initiatives where relevant • Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems for analysis and reporting • Develop analysis and reporting for customer behaviour prediction, market analytics, environmental reporting, and contract KPIs • Identify process improvements and recommend actions supporting continuous improvement • Transform scoping documents into consistent visualisations • Provide user training and facilitate onboarding • Manage multiple projects and a high volume of tasks autonomously

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates • 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or reporting development role • Demonstrated practical experience with Alteryx • Demonstrated practical experience with Tableau • Strong Python and SQL skills • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including macros • Exceptional skills in ETL tools and analytics platforms • Report development background, with examples of reporting built and maintained • Excellent written English and comprehension • Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and deliver projects to deadline without close supervision • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable internet connection, with a backup option available • Work alignment with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday • Experience with Power BI and Postgres (desirable) • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, Dropbox, and other cloud-based systems (desirable) • Formal study in data analytics, computer science, or a related field (desirable) • Experience using AI tools to support coding and workflow development, and technical depth to diagnose and fix errors from those tools (desirable)
