• Attending site PCG meetings and compiling minutes on Procore for PM review and approval • Attending site subcontractor meetings with site manager and PM • Scoping, obtaining pricing and costing additional variation works requested by client • Negotiating and obtaining subcontractor/supplier quotes • Analysing scope of works and ensuring quotes are correct before purchase orders are let • Comparison analysing between multiple trade quotes • Review and execution of D&C contracts before PM review • Reviewing external contracts and issuing to lawyer for review • Creating jobs in Procore • Managing individual access to Procore including subcontractors, clients and staff • Uploading required documents and managing document control • Attending defects walkthroughs and assisting site manager • Managing site folder documentation
• Proven experience in commercial construction contract administration • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment • Highly responsive with excellent attention to detail • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
