📋 Description

• Manage the client’s calendar, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative needs • Track priorities, follow-ups, and outstanding tasks across all three businesses • Manage social media accounts and support day-to-day marketing activities • Monitor and respond to incoming leads and enquiries • Set up and manage marketing funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL) • Coordinate with the existing GHL team to communicate priorities, follow up on tasks, and keep campaigns moving forward • Manage Shopify and TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, orders, and store updates • Proactively identify priorities, take initiative, and follow through with minimal supervision • Provide hands-on administrative, marketing, and operational support across an AI marketing agency, e-commerce furniture brand, and mobile cleaning franchise • Work closely with the client and existing teams to support business growth and keep key priorities moving forward

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates • 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations • Strong experience in administrative support, social media, e-commerce, and marketing funnel management • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Jobber • Experience working US-aligned hours, with a genuine preference for this schedule long-term • Experience with influencer marketing or coordination is an advantage • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
