📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support across both design and garment development. • Manage the team's workload by preparing design assets, updating technical documentation, and supporting product development from concept through to production. • Assist experienced designers as a mid-level support role rather than operating as a standalone designer. • Perform design support tasks including preparing CAD boards, applying colourways, updating and revising designs based on internal feedback, and creating presentation-ready design layouts using Adobe Illustrator. • Prepare and update technical packs for product specifications and ensure product documentation is accurate and up to date. • Support the Design and Garment Technical teams as required and assist with cross-functional support tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a Fashion Design, Garment Design or Product Development Support role. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Experience creating or updating CAD drawings. • Understanding of garment technical packs and product documentation. • Ability to accurately interpret design briefs and implement revisions. • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities to contribute beyond assigned tasks. • Experience preparing garment construction details. • Understanding of garment measurements and points of measure (POM). • Exposure to apparel manufacturing or production processes. • Experience supporting both design and garment technical teams. • Experience with supplier or factory sourcing.
