📋 Description
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Retail applications. • Design, develop, and optimise Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. • Perform application support, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts for automation and batch processing. • Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Support batch jobs, interfaces, and data integrations. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers. • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail application development • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development • Strong UNIX/Linux administration and shell scripting skills • Experience writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning • Experience with Oracle database design and optimisation • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Experience working with batch processing and file-based integrations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
