📋 Description

• Process global supplier invoices accurately and on time • Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, item receipts and supplier invoices • Manage multi-currency payment runs and supplier reconciliations • Manage corporate card expenses and reimbursements • Reconcile incoming cash receipts to invoices • Monitor supplier statements and assist with aged receivable follow-up • Investigate and resolve supplier and customer queries • Support preparation of weekly and monthly financial, sales and management reports • Assist with reporting process improvements and maintain accurate finance master data • Support month-end close activities, including bank and corporate card reconciliations • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes • Assist with cashflow reporting and other accounting tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting required • 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role • Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system highly desirable • Strong Excel skills • High attention to detail • Strong organisational and time management skills • Clear communication and a proactive, collaborative approach • Comfortable working with global stakeholders • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
