📋 Description

• Researching and evaluating AI tools applicable to legal practice operations (e.g. document automation, AI agents) • Building and maintaining workflow automations using tools such as Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms • Supporting integration and optimisation of ActionStep and NetDocuments • Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing practical solutions • Producing internal reports and dashboards to support practice management decisions • Providing general technology support and troubleshooting across the team's software stack • Managing ad hoc research and project coordination tasks assigned by the principal • Supporting legal assistant functions during quiet periods (document preparation, file management, data entry)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong initiative - you bring solutions, not just updates • Demonstrable experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) in a work context • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n or equivalent) • Familiarity with legal or professional services practice management software (ActionStep, NetDocuments, Clio or similar preferred) • Solid English communication skills - written and verbal • Background in IT, operations, legal administration or a related field • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
