• Follow up inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and other channels • Qualify prospective clients and gather initial details • Book appointments for lawyers and other team members • Attend client meetings with lawyers • Assist in preparation of relevant initial emails and contracts • Maintain accurate records of lead status and communication history • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for outreach activity and conversion • Maintain availability during rostered hours, including rotating weekend shifts • Assist with basic admin and legal assistant tasks during quieter periods
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent • Natural phone manner — confident, warm, and persuasive • Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to promote and close • Highly organized and able to follow up persistently • Reliable, available during rostered hours including rotating weekends • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer intake role (preferred) • Exposure to legal services, personal injury, or professional services environments (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM tools or practice management software (e.g. ActionStep, NetDocuments or similar) (preferred) • Interest in AI tools and workflow automation — a plus for future growth within the firm (preferred)
