📋 Description

• Develop projects from initial design concepts through detailed construction documentation • Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, joinery, cabinetry, and construction details • Prepare complete architectural and interior documentation packages • Create schedules for finishes, fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and joinery • Prepare presentation drawings using Revit and Adobe InDesign • Review documentation against established checklists and Australian NCC and Australian Standards requirements, flagging potential issues • Ensure drawings and documentation meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and presentation • Work independently through revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently • Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver projects on time and to studio standards

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or building design • Strong background in high-end residential architecture and interiors • Architecture or Building Design degree/qualification • Advanced Revit proficiency • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Excel • Ability to independently manage and deliver full documentation packages from concept through construction documentation • Experience with interior layouts • Experience producing plans, elevations, and sections • Experience with joinery and cabinetry documentation • Experience with construction detailing • Experience preparing material and finishes schedules • Strong understanding of residential construction and interior detailing • Working knowledge of NCC requirements • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and respond effectively to feedback • Reliable high-speed internet • REVIT program 2026 subscription • Dedicated and professional home office setup • Ability to work consistently and communicate effectively with the studio remotely • Disclosure of existing ongoing roles or client work • LinkedIn profile must clearly reflect the engagement as “Independent Contractor”
