📋 Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen and joinery projects, including complex and custom builds • Manage and respond to tenders from review through submission • Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed estimates • Communicate with clients through professional emails and calls when required • Maintain organized records and integrate the costing structure into the internal system • Take clear notes and ensure project information is accurately documented • Take ownership of the estimating function and work with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of overall estimating experience and 2 years in kitchen and joinery estimating • Australian joinery industry experience • Experience working on residential projects, with some exposure to commercial or shopfitting • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to handle tenders and detailed project costing • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently • Long-term mindset and commitment to contributing to the business
