📋 Description

• Own and build features across the full stack, from PostgreSQL schema and tRPC procedures through portal UI, in a Turborepo monorepo • Maintain two Next.js applications and thirteen shared packages • Own and maintain third-party integrations including Cal.com Atoms, Zoom, Google Meet, Cloudflare Stream, Stripe, Resend, and Twilio • Ship features from specification to production through CI workflows covering typechecking, linting, Playwright, pgTAP, integration testing, migration parity, secret scanning, and static analysis • Extend row-level security across every table and maintain service-role boundaries • Maintain the append-only audit trail and PII redaction layer for data belonging to minors • Own and maintain the Next.js public marketing site and keep it aligned with mirrored Webflow pages • Prioritise, plan, and deliver independently as the single engineer in close contact with the founder • Record technical decisions and work asynchronously with clear written communication

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • 6+ years building and shipping full-stack web products • Strong TypeScript with React and Next.js, including current majors (Next 16, React 19, TypeScript 6) • Deep SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, including relational modelling, migrations, row-level security, and query performance • Experience designing typed APIs (RPC or REST) • Experience with authentication and authorisation flows • Fluent with Git and CI/CD • Genuinely test-driven workflow and experience maintaining reliable test suites • Track record of independently owning a production product, including operational cleanup • Clear technical writing • Supabase, Drizzle or similar type-safe ORM experience preferred • Monorepos, Stripe, background jobs, video delivery, transactional email and SMS, signed webhooks, static analysis, secret scanning, AI coding tools, Webflow, and Figma experience are nice to have • Submit CV with portfolio or GitHub • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
