📋 Description

• Set and drive the talent agenda • Partner with EDR leadership to define and execute a people strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and evolving market needs • Build a high‑performing, engaged workforce • Lead core talent programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and merit and promotion cycles, with a focus on retention and leadership readiness • Manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, escalation support, and modeling strong, consultative HR leadership • Leverage data, analytics, and dashboards to inform decisions and help leaders address complex workforce challenges • Partner with leaders to reinforce Huron’s commitment to an inclusive, equitable culture

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in strategic business partnering • Proven experience leading HR initiatives in fast‑paced, geographically dispersed organizations • Professional services or consulting experience preferred, with genuine curiosity about the business • Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with credibility at the senior‑leader level
