📋 Description

• Partner with clinical leadership to understand, design, and communicate new workflows • Serve as liaison between IT and clinical practice teams to ensure alignment • Support Epic workflow optimization and adoption initiatives • Assist with project management, including tracking deliverables and timelines • Drive change management efforts and support user adoption • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and clinic performance • Support governance processes and decision-making related to clinical systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong clinical background with hands-on experience in healthcare settings • Experience supporting or optimizing Epic workflows • Proven ability to act as a liaison between clinical operations and IT teams • Experience with workflow design, communication, and implementation • Project coordination or project management experience • Epic certification (any clinical module preferred) • Experience in clinical informatics or workflow optimization roles • Strong change management and adoption experience • Experience supporting ambulatory or clinic-based environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
