• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • 3+ years' experience with Oracle EPM Planning and/or ePBCS • Full lifecycle implementation experience with cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
