📋 Description
• Lead complex performance improvement engagements • Manage engagement-wide economics, including budgets and revenue forecasting • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills • Communicate effectively to understand client challenges • Build strong executive-level relationships and lead change processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of healthcare consulting and/or performance improvement experience • Relevant hospital operations experience directing a large hospital department • Senior project leadership and complex design and implementation management experience • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication skills – oral and written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80%
