📋 Description

• Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Epic Professional Billing Administration (PB Admin) Certification is required. • Minimum of 3+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience in implementation, optimization, support, or consulting environments. • Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, charge capture, claim generation, and revenue cycle processes. • Experience facilitating client meetings, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to travel as required based on client needs.
