📋 Description
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions • Ensure alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture • Guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives • Coordinate functional and technical teams and provide architectural governance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules
