📋 Description

• Manage assigned clients and their e-commerce stores • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute email, SMS, pop-up, and flow marketing campaigns • Manage client-agency relationships and maintain productive communication • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive conversions, sales, and revenue • Lead Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates • Outline campaign calendars, brief campaigns, delegate creative work, and oversee timely delivery • Monitor campaign performance and improve email marketing results • Respond promptly to client requests and troubleshoot satisfaction or campaign issues • Lead and attend regular client meetings • Collect and analyze consumer demographic and trend data • Set weekly goals and report campaign performance, including revenue, A/B testing, and optimization measures • Collaborate with the Service Department to maintain work standards and meet client KPIs • Manage client churn and implement retention strategies • Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional teams for new services and products • Identify opportunities to expand services and create targeted upselling campaigns • Research industry best practices and present findings to Account Managers’ leadership • Assist with internal service-related needs • Participate in Account Managers’ group calls and training sessions • Report to the Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience working in a digital marketing role • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing • Proven success in a leadership role, especially leading creative teams • Ability to work independently while maintaining work standards • High accountability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines • Problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills • Growth- and results-driven mindset • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Excellent time management, focus, productivity, and efficiency • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite • Familiarity with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is advantageous • Availability and responsiveness Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time • Ability to work 30–35 hours per week, approximately 140 hours per month • Stable internet connection and a laptop or PC • Ability to attend virtual video conferences • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Openness to receiving and giving constructive feedback • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement • Exclusivity agreement preventing similar work while working for Hustler Marketing
