📋 Description

• Research and keep up with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and requirements • Strategize script briefs based on current trends • Prepare detailed script briefs for content creators, including required B-roll footage and full video concepts • Research and select content creators matching each brand’s customer-avatar goals • Contact and liaise with potential content creators about project scope • Assemble a content creator team for each project • Ensure the quality of video ad variations and received content • Provide feedback on content received • Occasionally communicate directly with clients • Assist with other tasks as required by the Product Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging creative content across a range of niches • Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels • Ability to identify and strategize for customer-avatar pain points across different niches • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work promptly • Accountability and responsiveness • Problem-solving and critical/analytical thinking skills • Growth- and results-driven mindset • Ability to handle and implement constructive criticism • Familiarity with autonomous work and time management • Availability and responsiveness Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time • Stable internet connection and a laptop or PC • Ability to attend virtual video conferences • Fluency in English • Ability to provide and receive feedback productively
