• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with potential B2C customers. • Qualify leads, build rapport, and educate prospects on telecom service offerings. • Manage leads and track interactions through CRM systems. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. • Gather customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• 1+ of outbound sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B). • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging phone presence. • Strong ability to build trust quickly with individual consumers. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment. • Telecom experience is a plus but not required.
