đź“‹ Description

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers • Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion • Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics • Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client outreach • Experience in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or enterprise services is a strong advantage • Strong English communication skills (French and Arabic are a plus, not required) • Confidence with outbound calling and business conversations • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and managing high-volume activity goals • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely • Familiarity with sales technology tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead enrichment platforms • Ability to adapt quickly to different client products, industries, and sales motions • A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with messaging and approach
