đź“‹ Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels in Norwegian. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives. • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers. • Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) plus strong English proficiency. • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales preferred). • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
