• - Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-ticket deals. • - Perform high-level product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect pain points. • - Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with all active opportunities. • - Navigate complex negotiations and handle high-level objections with confidence. • - Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a seamless handoff process. • - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas. • - Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.
• - Proven track record as a high-ticket closer with verifiable sales success. • - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role. • - Strong ability to build rapport quickly with executive-level decision-makers. • - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • - Self-motivated mindset with a "hunter" mentality toward hitting targets. • - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Nice-to-Haves • - Previous experience selling SaaS or technical solutions. • - Experience working in a high-growth startup environment. • - Familiarity with modern sales stacks and advanced CRM workflows.
