• - Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts within a marketing agency setting • - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction • - Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to execute campaigns • - Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews • - Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and briefs • - Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations • - Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services • - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• - 3–4+ years of account management experience within a marketing or digital agency (non-negotiable) • - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, content) • - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment • - Experience handling international clients (UK/US markets preferred) • - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • - Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp) • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics • - Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
