📋 Description

• Manage and qualify inbound enquiries from major platforms including Rightmove, Nestflo, SpareRoom, and Facebook. • Conduct a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day to source leads and follow up with applicants. • Achieve a daily target of booking at least 12 property viewings for the UK-based negotiators. • Master objection handling to ensure only high-quality, qualified applicants move forward in the process. • Provide post-viewing follow-ups to maintain momentum and close deals. • Maintain meticulous records and communications within the Asana CRM system.

🎯 Requirements

• Language: Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the Real Estate or Lettings sector. • Skills: Proven expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, and objection handling. • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fixed UK business hours (GMT). • Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant for a UK-based Estate Agency. • Prior experience using Asana for task and pipeline management. • Experience specifically within the HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) or shared accommodation market.
