📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the company database • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a smooth hand-off for the customer • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment • Strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy toward customer needs • Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software • Ability to multitask and navigate between different software applications while speaking with customers • Previous experience in a remote call center setting
