📋 Description

• Maintain and manage accurate financial records exclusively within XERO • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of bank statements and accounts • Manage the end-to-end processing of invoices, payments, and employee expenses • Prepare clear and concise financial reports for regular leadership review • Execute month-end close processes to ensure financial integrity • Ensure strict compliance with UK bookkeeping standards and HMRC requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing books within XERO accounting software • Strong background in UK bookkeeping, including familiarity with HMRC practices and regulations • Deep understanding of fundamental bookkeeping principles (AR/AP, reconciliations, and ledgers) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality work to deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Clear communication skills for reporting directly to the CEO
