• Proactively identify and qualify upsell opportunities within a dedicated client base to drive revenue growth. • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies using industry-leading tools like Salesloft and Salesforce. • Act as a subject matter expert for clients, particularly those within the engineering and technology industries. • Maintain a high volume of activity while ensuring meticulous data accuracy and pipeline management. • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine processes and exceed collective KPIs.
• - Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English. • - Based in the United Kingdom or Europe with the ability to work UK/CET timezones. • - Proven experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-focused role. • - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving, structured environment. • - Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to influence stakeholders. • - Immediate availability to start (Target date: June 3rd). • - Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering sectors. • - Technical literacy or a background in engineering-related sales. • - Previous experience in high-level customer service or client management.
