📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day success and retention of a dedicated portfolio of clients • Act as the primary bridge between clients and the delivery team • Translate business goals into clear, actionable briefs for specialists • Lead onboarding for new clients • Maintain proactive, responsive communication as the main point of contact • Manage timelines and workflows in ClickUp • Ensure work meets high quality standards and is delivered on schedule • Advise clients on SEO, Google & Meta Ads, web design, social media, and branding • Analyze performance data and track wins • Report results in plain language • Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client growth goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client success specifically within a marketing agency environment • Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid lead generation (Google & Meta), web design, and social media management • Advanced hands-on experience with ClickUp for project management and CRM tools for client tracking • Fluent, native-level spoken and written English • Ability to lead confident, high-stakes video calls with North American business owners • Ability to identify what will move the needle for a client’s bottom line • Ability to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing focus • Prior experience working with or for the trades / blue-collar industries (nice-to-have) • Advanced, deep-dive understanding of SEO algorithms or Meta Ad architecture (nice-to-have) • Previous experience in sales or business development (nice-to-have)
