⢠Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing teams ⢠Manage and integrate tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools ⢠Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes ⢠Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency ⢠Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity) ⢠Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization ⢠Maintain clean, structured, and scalable data pipelines ⢠Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM tools and platforms
⢠2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops ⢠Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) ⢠Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound strategies ⢠Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs) ⢠Proficiency in data handling (Google Sheets, Excel, or SQL preferred) ⢠Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist) ⢠Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data ⢠Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally ⢠Experience in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments is a plus
