📋 Description

• Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing teams • Manage and integrate tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools • Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity) • Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization • Maintain clean, structured, and scalable data pipelines • Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM tools and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound strategies • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs) • Proficiency in data handling (Google Sheets, Excel, or SQL preferred) • Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist) • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Experience in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments is a plus
