📋 Description

• Design web graphics, video thumbnails, iconography, and illustrations for websites and social media while adhering to brand guidelines • Build and format webpages from wireframes • Publish blog posts in WordPress and organize digital assets within the CMS • Design production-ready brochures, banners, signage, and business cards according to vendor color-profile and bleed specifications • Source and edit imagery for email and social channels • Create visual diagrams explaining complex product concepts • Export production-ready JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector files • Manage the workflow from initial brief through final publication

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Proven experience publishing and managing assets within WordPress • Ability to build a high-quality webpage directly from a wireframe • Diverse portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital and print design • Experience working effectively within remote teams • Self-starter mentality with ability to solve problems and execute tasks without heavy oversight • Clear communication skills and proactive approach to flagging risks or project delays • Nice-to-have: working knowledge of AI prompting and AI-assisted design workflows, such as Claude • Nice-to-have: proficiency in Figma and HubSpot • Nice-to-have: basic video editing skills for social media, such as Descript • Nice-to-have: experience in AV, video production, or B2B technology industries • Nice-to-have: background in content marketing and social media strategy
